How to place an order?

Send your files to us by clicking on the button below.

In the body of the message, state:

  • invoice details,
  • Shipping address – if it’s different from the billing address,
  • phone number,
  • remember to provide your european tax identification number (VAT EU), if you have one.

Based on your order, we will prepare a proforma and send it to you with a list of files for printing, including file names and the number of meters ordered, so that you can check if it meets your expectations.

After you pay for the order, we send your order for printing.

Preparation of designs for printing

We accept files in JPG, PNG, TIFF and PDF formats.

It is best to prepare files in RGB space, but we also print with CMYK.

It is best to submit files in 1:1 size. If you do not know how to prepare them – do not worry, send files and our team will help with everything.

By default we print at a scale of 1:1, if you want a different size, read the section below How to name the files?

How to print reports?

The report is a graphic that connects on each side, so we can duplicate it across the width and length, so you can’ t see where it starts and ends. As a result, it creates one large pattern from which you will punch out pieces for sewing.

Note – if the following steps are too complicated for you, go to Send files and describe to us in the message box what you want to print, and we will help you prepare the order and files.

If you want to order panels, click on How to print panels.

To prepare your files for printing, follow the intructions below. For example, if you have a file named:

sunshine.jpg

edit its name (right-click on the file name and select “Rename” from the menu) according to the following scheme:

sunshine_quantitymeters_fabriccode.jpg

for example uploading the following file:

sunshine_3m_ft250.jpg

will make us print 3 running meters of the sunshine file for you on a 250g sweatshirt (french terry 250g).

Change the size of the report / panel

If you want to print the file in a scale other than 1: 1 , write the expected size in its name:

sunshine_size_quantity_meter_fabriccode.jpg

for example uploading the following file:

sunshine_25x20cm_3m_sj220.jpg

will make us print 3 running meters of sunshine file for you, with report size 25x20cm on single jersey 220g fabric.

How to print the panels?

Panels are elements that are not connected to each other – for example, a square with a pattern for a pillow, a tag or a panel for sewing a bag.

Note – if the following steps are too complicated for you, go to Send files and describe to us in the message box what you want to print, and we will help you prepare the order and files.

If you have a panel named:

sunshine.jpg

edit its name (right-click on the file name and select “Rename” from the menu) according to the following scheme:

sunshine_size_quantity_fabriccode.jpg

for example uploading the following file:

sunshine_250x250mm_30pcs_ft250.jpg

will cause us to print for you 30 pieces of 250×250 mm sunshine panels on 250g (french terry 250g) sweatshirt.

The exact structure of the name is very important, because based on it the system sets the size and number of times the file is repeated.

If you want to print several sizes of panels, put them in catalogs with sizes, such as 250×250, 300×500.

You do not need to count the number of meters, after receiving the files we will send you an order with calculations for approval.

Click below to send us your files.

We check your files. Always. For free!

We check all uploaded files free of charge for:

  • appropriate file resolution,
  • report size,
  • errors in combining reports.

This way you don’t have to worry whether your order will be printed well.
